It is undoubtedly a modern and absolutely great option when in Merida. The property is neat; big size and well furnished rooms; comfortable bed. Its location is particularly good & perfectly comfortable, short walk to a a beautiful beach at Mahogany and a highlight tour, ample restaurants and centrally located, and the main avenue in Merida where there are ample restaurants.

Everything was very good, nevertheless a few employees were very unfriendly. We booked a double room and could use wake-up service, available in it.

The hotel is very new and so are the facilities. It was by far the cleanest hotel we stayed in during our trip in Mexico. The airco is much more silent than at other hotels. The swimming pool is nice and clean towels are provided. They are currently offering very interesting prices. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It is located in the very nice Paseo de Montejo, where there are many restaurants and shops, reasonably close to the city centre and very easy to access by car.
I would not recommend to have dinner or even breakfast at the hotel. It's not too bad, but it's not great, either.

I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. The location was great as we could walk to everything. The buffet breakfast was a+ and gave us the opportunity to try different Mexican food and the service was a + as well. We will go back to this hotel when we return to Merida. We love this hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the prices are absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe how much value for money I got. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, even making phone calls on my behalf. Lastly, the location of this hotel is perfect. It's situated on my favorite street, right in the center of all the action. I could easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
All was great, nothing to improve.
